- Develop and ensure implementation of administrative procedures and oversee development and tracking of budgets to meet objectives set by board of directors.
- Recruit, hire, manage and evaluate staff and volunteers to ensure high-impact programming and effective use of organizational resources.
- Engage in the development and execution of Health GAP’s programs including campaigns and civil society capacity building efforts.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key organizations, funding agencies, media contacts and other entities to ensure the advancement of Health GAP's vision and mission.
The position requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Public Health, Global Health, Public Policy or related field, plus minimum two (2) years’ working on global public health policy issues in low and middle-income countries, in civil society capacity building, cultivating new partnerships, developing budgets, and strategic planning.
